Connectors · MID banking integrations

Your banking connections. One master API.

Bring your own MID or request access to a solution offered by another PSP. Connect it to OrkenFlow’s master API, then assign the integrated MID to your merchants.

What a connector means

The integration behind a merchant’s connection.

A connector is a MID (Merchant ID) banking integration brought by a PSP/Admin and connected to OrkenFlow’s master API. Once integrated, the PSP/Admin assigns that MID to merchants so they can process through the gateway.

OrkenFlow provides the technical connection. The relevant PSP/payment provider is responsible for processing services, fund handling and settlement under the direct agreement.

Own MID · from documentation to assignment

Bring your banking integration.

New connector integration typically takes 2–7 days depending on documentation, access and testing. This is distinct from 48–72-hour white-label configuration after approval and receipt of required assets/access; neither timing guarantees underwriting or bank approval.

  1. 01

    Submit integration documentation

Supply banking/provider integration documentation, API requirements and required test access through secure setup. Do not submit credentials through this website.

  2. 02

    Technical integration & testing

The team connects the MID to the master API and validates the required integration. Allow the typical 2–7-day integration window, subject to documentation, access and testing.

  3. 03

    Assign to merchants

Once the required setup and validated integration are ready, the PSP/Admin assigns the MID to the appropriate merchants.

  4. 04

    Process through the gateway

Merchants process using the assigned integration, subject to required approvals and the PSP/provider’s direct terms. The relevant provider handles funds and settlement.

Shared access · direct PSP/Admin agreement

Connect through a providing PSP.

Request access to solutions/MIDs offered by other PSPs already using OrkenFlow. Availability and processing terms must be confirmed directly.

  1. 01

    Request availability & buy rate

The receiving PSP/Admin is offered the providing PSP’s buy rate. Confirm availability and processing terms directly with that PSP/Admin.

  2. 02

    Agree directly

The requesting and providing PSPs/Admins agree processing rates and commercial terms directly. OrkenFlow is not a party to their agreement.

  3. 03

    Arrange technical access

Following the direct agreement and required configuration, OrkenFlow provides technical connectivity. The separate shared solution access fee is $500/month.

  4. 04

    Assign to merchants

The receiving PSP/Admin assigns the available, configured MID to merchants so they can process through the gateway under the relevant direct agreement.

Technical connectivity. Never fund custody.

OrkenFlow does not receive, hold, control or settle merchant funds at any point. Fund handling and settlement are the responsibility of the relevant PSP/payment provider under their direct agreement.

The agreement is directly between the requesting PSP/Admin and the providing PSP/Admin. OrkenFlow is not a party to that agreement; its role is technical connectivity only.

Connector questions

How connectors work.

What is a connector in OrkenFlow?

It is a MID (Merchant ID) banking integration brought by a PSP/Admin and connected to OrkenFlow’s master API. Once integrated, that PSP/Admin assigns the MID to merchants so they can process through the gateway.

What does own MID integration cost?

The setup charge is $1,000 per MID integration. This is separate from platform subscriptions, the $2,500 one-time white-label setup and provider processing fees.

Is shared access $500 per MID each month?

$500/month is the shared solution access fee for solutions/MIDs offered by participating PSPs using OrkenFlow. Availability and access are subject to agreement with the providing PSP/Admin.

Who agrees the processing buy rate and terms?

The receiving PSP/Admin is offered the providing PSP’s buy rate. Processing rates and commercial terms are agreed directly between the requesting and providing PSPs/Admins. OrkenFlow is not a party to that agreement.

Does OrkenFlow handle merchant funds?

No. OrkenFlow does not receive, hold, control or settle merchant funds at any point. Fund handling and settlement are the responsibility of the relevant PSP/payment provider under their direct agreement. OrkenFlow provides technical connectivity only.

How does integration timing differ from white-label setup?

New connector integration typically takes 2–7 days depending on documentation, access and testing. White-label configuration takes 48–72 hours after application approval and receipt of required assets/access. Existing approved connectors may be configured during setup. Processing begins only when required setup and validated integration are ready, subject to necessary approvals; neither timeline guarantees underwriting or new bank approval.
